• This Privacy Policy is drafted in the masculine gender for convenience purposes only and is intended for all genders. Furthermore, any reference in the singular shall also refer to the plural, and vice versa, as the context may require.

Voluntarily-Provided Information in the "Contact us" form: First name, last name, email address, mobile number, the content of your inquiry, files attached to the inquiry as provided by you via the "Contact us" form, and any additional information you choose to provide.
In the event that you provide us with personal information relating to third parties, you represent that you have obtained their explicit consent to provide such information in accordance with applicable law, and that you are authorized to provide us with such information. You shall bear sole responsibility in this regard.
Technical (Automated) Information: IP address, which may be considered indirectly identifying information, browser type, browsing times, and anonymous statistical data on how the Website is used.

Documents and Confidentiality

The Website is also used for uploading documents to receive a price quote for legal translation services, and we acknowledge the sensitivity of these documents. Access to the documents will be limited, as much as possible, to the relevant persons required to handle the inquiry or perform the work, including IT personnel, translators, editors, or subcontractors, who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
