CEO and owner of Legal Translations, which was founded by her in 1996. Born in England, Naomi speaks both English and Hebrew as her mother tongues. She holds an LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1995) and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1996. Naomi holds an MA (cum laude) in Translation and Interpretating Studies from Bar Ilan University (2023), and a Diploma in Written Translation and Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpreting from Bar Ilan University (2022). She also holds a Certificate of Recognition the Israel Translators Association, and is a member of the AIIC, the premier international umbrella organization of simultaneous translators. Naomi taught legal translation at the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center, and currently serves on the faculty of the Department of Translation at Bar Ilan University

Our VP Development, Galit has been a translator at Legal Translations since 2008. She holds both an LL.B (1996) and a Certificate in Translation and Translation Editing (2006) from Tel Aviv University. Galit was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2010. She is currently studying for her MA in Public Policy at Tel Aviv University

Born in England, Rebecca has been a translator at Legal Translations since 2004. Rebecca holds an LL.B from the Warwick School of Law at Warwick University, England (1998) and an MA in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2000). She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2001

Shimrit joined Legal Translations in 2012. She earned an LL.B (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University in 1999, after appearing on the dean’s list for 3 years in a row, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2000

Tamar joined Legal Translations in 2012. She holds an LL.B from Tel Aviv University (1992), and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1993. Tamar holds an MA in Education from the Center for Academic Studies (2020) and is a certified group facilitator

Maya joined Legal Translations in 2017. She earned a BA and MA (cum laude) from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London. She holds an LL.B from the College of Management Academic Studies (2011) and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2012

Born in the U.S., Sharon immigrated to Israel in 1997 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007. Sharon holds a BA in Political Science and Communications from Bar Ilan University (2001) and an LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2006). She joined Legal Translations in 2019

Inbal joined Legal Translations in 2006. Over four years at Tel Aviv University (2000-2004), Inbal earned a combined LL.B and BA in Management (cum laude). She holds a BA in Psychology and MA in Clinical Psychology (magna cum laude) from Bar Ilan University, and currently works as a clinical psychologist alongside her role at Legal Translations

Prof. Lapidot, who joined the ranks of Legal Translations in 2004, is a translator, author, editor, researcher, and lecturer. Elad, who lives in Berlin, specializes in the translation of legal, business, and financial materials in German, French, English, and Hebrew. Elad was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1999, after earning his LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1998). He holds an MA (2002) and PhD (2008) in Philosophy, both from the Sorbonne University in Paris. Elad is currently a professor at the University of Lille. He taught at the Free University (Freie Universität) and at the Humboldt University of Berlin. He has published many articles on Philosophy and Jewish Thought and a series of translations into Hebrew of French and German philosophy works.

Liane joined Legal Translations in 2023. Raised in Canada, she holds a BA (cum laude) in Political Science from the University of Toronto and an MA (cum laude) in Security Studies from Tel Aviv University. She is currently a law student at Tel Aviv University
