Inbal Baruch-Rotter, Adv.

Inbal briefly worked for Legal Translations Ltd. in 2005, and then rejoined the firm as an Associate Translator in 2013.

She elected to return to translation – and more specifically to Legal Translations Ltd. – following seven years with CBLS Law Offices, where, as an attorney (2007-2013), her practice areas covered work in English and Hebrew for companies, several of which are publicly traded, and focusing mainly on the fields of biotechnology and life sciences, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and medical diagnostics. At CBLS, she engaged, inter alia, in general corporate and securities law, financing transactions, employee incentive plans, clinical trial and related services agreements, and commercial transactions including licensing, distribution and manufacture agreements.

Inbal, who completed her internship with leading law firm Goldfarb, Levy, Eran (now Goldfarb Seligman & Co.), was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2005, and continued with the firm as an associate (2004-2005).

After working briefly as a translator for Legal Translations Ltd., Inbal took a step sideways from the legal world to the Peres Center for Peace. Here, in 2006, as Head of its Civil Society Unit, she had opportunity to contribute to efforts to foster tolerance and cooperation in and among the region’s diverse communities.

Over four years at Tel Aviv University (2000-2004), Inbal gained an LL.B. from the Buchmann Faculty of Law, and completed an additional undergraduate program in Management (cum laude) from the University’s Recanati School of Business.

Next Inbal went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology (with honors), both from Bar Ilan University

Today, alongside her work at Legal Translation, Inbal is gaining professional experience as a clinical psychologist at the Geha Mental Health Center.
